# Refund Policy

Our refund policy is permissive for legitimate refund requests. To qualify for return, you must contact us within 30 days explaining exactly why you want to refund your payment. All refund requests are reviewed in a case by case basis by FIBRA-NET.

We consider as legitimate refund request when the user contact us by email to refund a payment.
